Hi, I’m Alex! I’m a MCAT coach here at Apply Yourself Global. 

I’m in the final stages of my Master of Science in Medicine Program at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Before that, I completed a Bachelor of Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland, where I majored in Biochemistry and completed the course requirements for minors in both Psychology and Chemistry.

  
I successfully completed the MCAT and obtained a competitive score for most medical schools. Although I owe some of my success to my undergraduate coursework, it was the strategies and resources I discovered during my time studying for the MCAT that I owe the majority of my success. When I was studying for my MCAT, I found many resources that were frankly a waste of time and I wouldn’t use if I were studying for the MCAT again, though I will gladly recommend better alternatives (such as AYG) and the tools that worked for me. I like to think that I did most of the hard work, testing out all of the different tools and services while I was studying for my MCAT, so now you can focus on simply preparing for yours. Wherever you are starting from and no matter your educational background, I am ready to work with you to get you where you want to be.
