GET STARTED

Welcome to The Success Society™, Apply Yourself Global’s weekly peak performance and mindset coaching community for students who want to become more confident, focused, self-aware, and supported as they work toward their educational, career, and personal goals.

This is a space for students who know they are capable of more, but also know that capability alone is not always enough. Success requires strategy, structure, reflection, accountability, and the ability to keep moving forward through pressure, uncertainty, and change.

Inside The Success Society™, our students meet weekly on our platform with Dr. Adrienne Shnier for coaching, strategy, and support. Together, we work on the skills that help students thrive in university, applications, test preparation, professional settings, and life. These skills include goal setting, time management, prioritization, confidence, discipline, decision-making, self-trust, communication, boundaries, and resilience.

The goal is not simply to help you achieve the next milestone. The goal is to help you become the kind of person who can achieve and sustain success, navigate challenges, and build a life that is meaningful, intentional, and aligned with who you are becoming.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about The Success Society™, weekly coaching, accountability, and student support.
What is The Success Society™?

The Success Society™ is Apply Yourself Global’s weekly coaching, strategy, and support community for students who want to become more confident, focused, self-aware, and supported as they work toward their educational, career, and personal goals.

Each week, students meet live virtually with Dr. Adrienne Shnier for coaching, reflection, strategy, accountability, and support.

The goal is not only to help you reach your next milestone. The goal is to help you become the kind of person who can sustain success once you get there.

Who is The Success Society™ for?

The Success Society™ is for students and young professionals who want support, structure, accountability, and coaching as they move through school, applications, test preparation, career planning, and personal growth.

It is especially helpful for students who are applying to law school, medical school, dental school, graduate school, or other competitive programs, but it is not only for students in an application cycle.

This is for students who want to build stronger habits, confidence, self-trust, decision-making skills, communication, and resilience.

What happens during the weekly coaching calls?

Each weekly call includes live coaching, strategy, discussion, and support.

Some calls focus on a specific topic, such as time management, confidence, goal setting, discipline, boundaries, decision-making, prioritization, or internal validation. Other calls are shaped by what students are navigating in real time.

You may come with a question, a decision, a challenge, or something you are trying to work through. You may also learn by listening to other students being coached.

Either way, the goal is that you leave with something to reflect on, something to implement, and a clearer sense of how to move forward.

Is The Success Society™ only for students applying to school?

No. Many students in The Success Society™ are applying to competitive academic or professional programs, but the community is not limited to applications.

The work we do inside The Success Society™ supports the whole student. We work on the skills that help you thrive in school, applications, test prep, professional environments, relationships, and life.

These are the skills students are often expected to have, but are rarely taught directly.

How is The Success Society™ different from admissions coaching?

Admissions coaching focuses directly on application strategy, written materials, personal statements, supplemental essays, school selection, and the submission process.

The Success Society™ supports the person behind the application.

Inside The Success Society™, we work on confidence, mindset, time management, accountability, boundaries, communication, decision-making, self-awareness, and resilience.

These skills often strengthen the application process, but they also support who you are becoming beyond the application itself.

Can The Success Society™ help with application writing?

Yes, but it does not replace application coaching.

The Success Society™ can support application writing because so much of strong application work requires self-awareness, reflection, confidence, clarity, and the ability to understand your own story.

Many students realize that the work they do in The Success Society™ helps them think more clearly about who they are, what they value, what they have learned, and how they want to communicate their experiences.

That kind of growth can make application writing feel more grounded and intentional.

Can The Success Society™ help with LSAT, MCAT, DAT, or other test preparation?

Yes, but it does not replace test preparation or tutoring.

The Success Society™ supports the mindset, structure, discipline, accountability, and emotional resilience that often affect test preparation.

If you are studying for the LSAT, MCAT, DAT, or another standardized test, you may already know that the challenge is not only academic.

Students often need help managing pressure, staying consistent, recovering from setbacks, making a realistic study plan, and trusting themselves through the process. That is where The Success Society™ can be incredibly valuable.

What kinds of topics are covered inside The Success Society™?

The topics are designed to support students academically, professionally, and personally.

We often work on confidence, time management, prioritization, discipline, accountability, decision-making, boundaries, communication, mindset, emotional resilience, self-awareness, internal validation, and personal leadership.

These may sound like “soft skills,” but they are often the skills that determine how students handle pressure, make decisions, communicate in interviews, write stronger applications, study more consistently, and move through uncertainty with more confidence.

Do I have to speak during the weekly calls?

You are encouraged to participate, but you do not need to perform.

Some students bring questions or challenges to the group right away. Others learn by listening first. Both are valuable.

The Success Society™ is not another environment where you need to prove yourself. It is a coaching community where you can think honestly, ask better questions, and grow at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful.

Is The Success Society™ a class or course?

No. The Success Society™ is not a class, course, or lecture series.

It is a live coaching community. That means the work is interactive, reflective, practical, and responsive to what students are actually experiencing.

You are not just receiving information. You are learning how to apply ideas to your real life, your goals, your responsibilities, your decisions, and your next steps.

How can The Success Society™ help with time management?

Many students do not need another generic productivity tip. They need a realistic way to manage their time, energy, responsibilities, and goals.

Inside The Success Society™, we help students think more strategically about what matters, what needs to be prioritized, what can be simplified, and what kind of structure will actually work for the life they are living.

The goal is not to do more for the sake of doing more. The goal is to make meaningful progress without constantly feeling like you are behind.

How can The Success Society™ help me build confidence?

Confidence is not something you wait to magically feel one day.

Inside The Success Society™, students learn how to build confidence through action, reflection, support, and self-trust.

We work on helping students stop outsourcing their worth to grades, test scores, acceptance letters, timelines, comparison, or other people’s opinions.

The goal is to help you develop confidence that is not dependent on everything going perfectly.

Can The Success Society™ help if I feel overwhelmed?

Yes. The Success Society™ was created for students who are carrying a lot.

You may be balancing school, applications, test prep, work, extracurriculars, family expectations, friendships, and major decisions about your future. You may also be trying to look calm and capable while privately feeling overwhelmed.

This community gives you a place to pause, reflect, ask questions, receive coaching, and remember that you do not have to figure everything out alone.

Is The Success Society™ helpful for high-achieving students?

Yes. In fact, many high-achieving students are the ones who need this kind of support most.

High-achieving students are often used to performing, pushing through, and holding themselves to very high standards. That can be powerful, but it can also become exhausting if there is no space for reflection, support, or strategy.

The Success Society™ helps high-achieving students build success in a way that is more grounded, sustainable, and aligned.

Is The Success Society™ helpful for parents?

Yes. Parents often want their student to feel supported, confident, and less alone, but they may not know how to help without adding more pressure.

The Success Society™ gives students a consistent coaching space outside the family dynamic. Students can ask questions honestly, process challenges openly, and build the skills they need for independence, accountability, decision-making, communication, and emotional resilience.

This is not only support for the application process. It is support for the person your student is becoming.

Why do parents choose The Success Society™?

Parents choose The Success Society™ because they want their child or children to have mentorship, structure, accountability, and support that goes beyond reminders and deadlines.

They want their child or children to build confidence, manage pressure, strengthen resilience, and learn how to move through important decisions with more clarity.

For many families, The Success Society™ becomes a meaningful layer of support during a season that can feel emotionally intense, high-stakes, and uncertain.

Who leads The Success Society™?

The Success Society™ is led by Dr. Adrienne Shnier, Founder and CEO of Apply Yourself Global.

Adrienne is a lawyer, professor, active admissions committee member, and coach who has helped thousands of students move through applications, academics, test preparation, and personal growth with more strategy, clarity, and confidence.

Her coaching is honest, practical, supportive, and deeply human. She challenges students with care and helps them see what is possible when they stop trying to do everything alone.

How much does The Success Society™ cost?

The Success Society™ is available for $197 per month.

Your membership includes weekly live Zoom coaching, strategy, accountability, and support with Dr. Adrienne Shnier and The Success Society™ community.

What if I am not sure if The Success Society™ is right for me?

That is exactly why we recommend starting with a call.

On your call, we can learn more about where you are right now, what you are working toward, and what kind of support would actually be helpful.

We can talk through whether The Success Society™ is the right next step or whether another AYG program may be a better fit for your goals.

You do not need to know the answer before you reach out. That is part of what we help you clarify.

How do I join The Success Society™?

The first step is to book a call with our team.

We will talk through your goals, your current challenges, and the kind of support you are looking for.

From there, we can help you understand whether The Success Society™ is the right fit and what your next steps should be.

You do not have to build your future alone. The Success Society™ exists to help you feel more supported, more focused, and more confident as you build the next chapter of your life.
