Hi! I’m Gunreet, an LSAT Coach with Apply Yourself Global!

Before starting law school, I spent a year teaching myself the LSAT. While doing so, I worked full-time and managed academic, volunteer, and personal commitments. It was not easy. However, through that process, I gained much more than a score of 166. I learned how to stay disciplined without burning out, create a flexible but organized schedule, and care for my mental health during high pressure seasons.

Now entering my second year at Peter A. Allard Law School, I still use the habits I built during LSAT prep, from knowing when to push through to knowing when to pause and recharge. These lessons inform my approach. I coach with empathy, structure, and an intersectional lens that recognizes that our experiences and identities shape how we learn.

As an immigrant, queer woman of color, I know firsthand that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to studying for a test like the LSAT. I bring that awareness into every session. My goal is to make this journey feel as approachable and empowering as possible.

I studied Sociology in my undergrad, graduating with distinction and a Certificate in Social Justice. That background deepened my awareness of how structural barriers show up even in standardized testing.

We will work together to keep things real, stay motivated, and help you achieve your goals in a way that feels human and manageable.

Outside of coaching and law school, I love reading fiction, dancing, going on nature walks, exploring new places, and getting creative with arts and crafts.
